DSDS at Forsberg Iron Spring Park - Sunday 10 am - 12 pm

Denver Small Dog Social Join the Denver Small Dog Social at the beautiful Forsberg Iron Spring Dog Park in Lakewood in the play area on the right-hand side. The park is large and on the side of Green Mountain with beautiful views. It's worth the drive just to see the scenery. Note: This park does not have signage for which dogs go on which side, so we will put up a sign about the meetup which has usually been effective at discouraging people with large dogs from going on our side. Park address is: 15900 W Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80228 It’s a short walk down and to the right from the parking lot, if you are facing Alameda. If you see the bathroom building, you're heading the right way. If you go the wrong way, just keep walking on the loop and eventually you'll get to the dog park. If you bring dog treats, please ask the pet parent before feeding to a dog that is not your own. Some dogs may be on special diets due to medical problems. Come browse the swap box for small dog toys, leashes, harnesses, clothing, accessories, etc. to find treasures you can use or donate items you no longer need. Feel free to take items so the box doesn't overflow. This event is FREE, however donations toward the annual meetup fee of $1-5 are greatly appreciated. There will be a donation box at the meetup.
